TEHRAN A seminar on Imam Khomeini's personality and thoughts was held in New Delhi with participation of 150 religious and scientific figures. The Iranian Ambassador to India Mir Mahmoud Mousavi and cultural attache of the Islamic Republic, Issa Rezazadeh, also attended the one-day seminar.

According to the Public Islamic Communications and Culture Organizations (ICCO), the seminar discussed Imam's characteristics and thoughts during three separate sessions.

Rezazadeh expressed hope that discussions and articles presented to the seminar on Imam's ideals and the Islamic Revolution would serve to clarify different dimensions of this great personality. The Iranian ambassador said it seems easy to speak about Imam's characteristics and thoughts but actually it is a difficult endeavor due to its complexity and depth. Such personalities like Imam Khomeini are ultra-national, he said adding that such characteristics are always alive because their goals and thoughts are alive among the people.
